Ribbon cutting ceremony for apartment complex

City Council President Young will attend a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Bernard E. Mason Apartments.

Bernard E. Mason is a five-story, mixed population development consisting of 223 one-bedroom units. It features community rooms, laundry facilities and a medical clinic. There are emergency call units from apartments to the security booth. It also has a patio with a brick barbecue pit. The complex is located in Northwest Baltimore (Dickeyville/Franklintown area) and adjacent to Leakin Park. Is also sits between two privately managed family developments, Dickey Hill and Windsor Forest Apartments.
